Period & Ovulation Calculator: Cycle Tracker
Predict your next menstrual cycle and fertile window.
Understanding Your Cycle
A typical menstrual cycle lasts 28 days, but anywhere from 21 to 35 days is considered normal. Understanding your cycle helps you plan for your period or identify the best days to conceive.
How Ovulation is Calculated
- Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before your next period starts.
- If you have a 28-day cycle, ovulation happens around day 14.
- If you have a 32-day cycle, ovulation happens around day 18.
- Your 'Fertile Window' includes the 5 days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation itself.
Cycle FAQs
Can I get pregnant outside my fertile window?
It is unlikely but possible, as sperm can survive inside the body for up to 5 days and cycle lengths can vary unexpectedly.
What is the Luteal Phase?
The luteal phase is the time between ovulation and the start of the next period. It is usually consistent (around 14 days) for most women.
